Annual Commendation | Tekmax Company solemnly held the 2022 Annual Summary Commendation Conference and Award Ceremony

On February 28, 2023, Tekmax Company organized a 2022 annual summary and commendation conference and award ceremony to recognize outstanding teams and individuals who have performed outstandingly in various aspects of work. All senior leaders and employees of the company attended the conference.

The commendation ceremony kicked off with the exhibition of monthly and quarterly award photo collections won by Tekmax Company in 2022. Accompanied by passionate music and photos of outstanding benchmark figures, everyone seems to recall the 2022 struggle together.

A year of effort, a year of sweat, a year of hard work. In 2022, the company will emerge a group of exemplary individual and groups who have performed well in their own positions and are examples for all our employees.

 

The commendation was divided into eleven individual awards and three collective awards, including the Outstanding Employee Award in October, November and December, the Outstanding Employee Award in the fourth quarter, the exemplary individual Award in the fourth quarter, the Core Force Award in the fourth quarter, the Outstanding Grass roots Management Cadre Award in the fourth quarter, the Outstanding Team Award in the fourth quarter, the Outstanding Employee Award in the year, the exemplary individual Award in the year, the Outstanding Grass roots Management Cadre Award in the year, the Rationalization Proposal Award, the 5S Award for Outstanding Dormitory (Team/Single Room) in the year, and the Advanced Safety Collective Award in the year. A total of 194 people have won awards, with a bonus/prize fund of over 120000 yuan distributed. The award winners who attended the event went on stage one by one to receive their awards and took a group photo as a souvenir.

Representative's speech

Subsequently, outstanding employee Jiang Jiuling and safety advanced collective material preparation supervisor Yang Zhiguo took the stage as award-winning representatives to speak. While sharing their work methods, they also expressed their determination to live up to the recognition of Tekmax Company and will continue to work hard in 2023 to make more and greater contributions to Tekmax Company.

Leader's speech

After the commendation session, Mr. Yang Jing, the human resources manager, reviewed and delivered a speech on the work of 2022 in terms of safety management and cultural evaluation, and read out relevant safety management decisions.


Summarize the past and look forward to the future

At the end of the commendation ceremony, Mr. Zhang Lianghai, Vice President of Production of the company, made a concluding speech. He stated that in 2022, all employees of the company faced difficulties in a complex situation, demonstrated new achievements, and successfully completed various tasks. He warmly congratulates the outstanding individuals and teams who were commended in 2022, and hopes that the award-winning employees and teams will continue to work hard, maintain their exemplary and leading role, and make new contributions to the development of Tekmax Company! He also called on all employees to learn from excellent teams and individuals, emulate role models, and fall behind due to insufficient confidants.

Vice President Zhang pointed out that in 2022, due to the impact of the overall environment and a decrease in business volume, it was extremely difficult in the face of unprecedented risks and challenges. Fortunately, we survived together thanks to the hard work and dedication of all employees. Hard work was worth it.

He emphasized that in 2023, we should examine the current situation, be aware of the external opportunities and challenges we face, and take "innovative development, cost reduction and efficiency improvement" as the core requirements. We should achieve the following points: firstly, optimize management, excellent operation, form a company's own high-efficiency and standardized supply chain system, and build core competitiveness. The second is to strengthen product innovation, connect with market demand, enhance research and development capabilities, start from customer needs, improve product quality and innovation capabilities, thereby further opening up the market and going further. The third is to strengthen the guidance of cultural creation, spread and guide from top to bottom, better make the company's culture and action slogans deeply rooted in people's hearts, accepted and recognized by the majority of employees, become conscious habits and behavioral norms, improve employees' centripetal force and cohesion, and further enhance the company's competitive soft power.
